I'm anxiously awaiting my score but I think most people say they are about as predictive of a practice test as there is. Of course nothing is going to simulate the real thing perfectly, but if you take 3 NBMEs (preferably the later ones, i.e. 15 - 17) and the scores are all very close to each other, I think its safe to say most of the time they predict well. I have heard that there are practice step 1 exams on the nbme website that we can purchase. Can someone who has taken them please let me know how to access these exams and also how long it takes for them to be scored, also how many practice exams does the nbme offer? I am busy studying for the USMLE right now and don t have time to waste to look for those practice exams. thank you very much
